Eating the proper meals and choosing the right snacks can be a challenge for hockey teams. It is important that players band together and commit to a nutrition regimen so that they refuel their bodies and gain strength. A lot of energy is lost during the game and it is important that players get proper nutrients.

 

The following guide was created with input from NHL nutritionists that have helped Stanley Cup champions. It features a game day meal plan for hockey teams. The information provided is sure to keep players going strong and is intended to help them before, during, and after the game.
