Supported by [SquadLocker](https://www.squadlocker.com/), the [Multipurpose Room podcast](https://themultipurposeroom.school/) is hosted by strategic partner [K-12 Clothing](https://www.k12clothing.com/), a PTA-Dad created business that provides high-quality school apparel while increasing access to educational resources. Hosts [Wesley Jones](https://www.linkedin.com/in/wesleyj/) and [Debora Jones](https://www.linkedin.com/in/debora-jones-880a754/) talk with various guests who have lots of ideas for educators during these challenging times.   ## **Who doesn’t love games? ** In a recent episode, “[Fun K-12 School Scavenger Hunt Ideas](https://themultipurposeroom.school/e/finding-hidden-treasure-fun-k-12-school-scavenger-hunt-ideas/),” guests Eric Chiang and Joe Denomme provide different ways to use digital scavenger hunts in education. Eric and Joe are with [GooseChase Adventures](http://www.goosechase.com/), an online platform that helps organizers create and run digital scavenger hunt experiences through players’ mobile devices.   ### To combat screen fatigue, use online scavenger hunts to: - Aid in-class learning in any subject - Review class material – over the last week, month, quarter, or year - Take test review to a whole new level - Give a pop quiz disguised as a game - Go on a field trip anywhere in the world!   Scavenger hunts can last for an hour or take place over days, inspiring competition, collaboration, and engagement. Pre-built games are available that other teachers have built and made available for others’ use. A library of questions makes creating your own custom game fast and easy. For more ideas to bring subject matter to life in your K-12 classroom with digital scavenger hunts, listen to the full episode [here](https://themultipurposeroom.school/e/finding-hidden-treasure-fun-k-12-school-scavenger-hunt-ideas/).
