SHIPPING, PRODUCTION, AND DELIVERY INFO

We’re doing a lot of work behind the scenes to improve our software and services that help us create your custom gifts. To keep you updated, please mark your calendars and be advised of our upcoming service interruption that may cause delays with orders.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMELINES

All orders placed between 6/22/23 and 7/5/23 will see an extended ‘estimated to ship by’ date due to our software upgrade.  This estimated ship date will be visible to you in your cart, on the checkout screen, and in our emailed order confirmation. 

At checkout, you will be given estimated delivery timelines for each of the available shipping options (see below). These dates and timelines reflect our shipping carriers estimated delivery speed. To estimate your order’s arrival date, add the estimated delivery time to the ‘estimated to ship by’ date. During times of increased volume, carrier and production timelines may change; we will keep you updated on any changes.. 

EXAMPLE:

(Standard Items Purchased)

Order placed: Monday, June 26th 

Estimated Ship date:  Tuesday, July 18th (15 business days)

Transit time: 2-7 business days for Ground delivery

Delivery Window: Thursday, July 20th - Thursday, July 27th 

*Transit times will vary depending on the delivery destination.  Alaska and Hawaii delivery times may vary.
