The increased volume may potentially lead to carrier shipping delays, which could result in orders being delivered later than expected.
We want to share this information with you as early as possible so that you can make informed holiday shopping decisions. We encourage you to shop early this holiday season to ensure that your orders are delivered on time, in all their glory.
While we can’t control the carriers, we are doing our best to control what we can in order to give you and your family the best shopping experience possible this holiday season. You’ll find a list of the actions we are taking to improve holiday shopping and a few things to keep in mind as you place orders this holiday season.
We will have holiday shipping messages listed on the site and within certain marketing emails to serve as a friendly reminder of the challenges shipping carriers are facing this holiday season. We also continuously update our estimated to ship by dates, and shipping carrier estimated delivery dates as soon as new information is made available to us from our shippers.

While we will do our best to communicate expected arrival dates and shipping cutoffs with you, there is no way to accurately predict the impact COVID-19 will have on shipping carriers. The best way to guarantee that you receive your package by Christmas is to shop as far ahead as possible!

Due to restrictions of carrier services available to us, orders with P.O. Box and APO shipping addresses cannot be guaranteed delivered by December 24 if your order is placed after November 15, 2020. For the fastest possible delivery, please use physical mailing address whenever possible. Expedited shipping is not available on P.O. Box orders or APO orders.
We take special care to make sure each and every item we decorate in-house is to the highest standard. All of our items are decorated and shipped individually with industry leading speed and technology. When you place an order, your order will show an estimated to ship by date (see below). This reflects the time it will take our in-house production team to process and custom decorate your order.
When you check out, you will be given estimated delivery timelines for each of the available shipping options (see below). These dates and timelines reflect our shipping carriers estimated delivery speed. To get an accurate order arrival date, please add the estimated delivery time to the estimated to ship by date. Please also be aware that due to increased mail volume, our carriers timelines may change. We will keep our information on estimated to ship by dates, and estimated delivery dates as accurate as possible.
