Soccer team in matching uniformsI love to read the comments that come in from the visitors and customers that frequent our site. I try to read every one personally. If someone has taken the time to write us something, I feel the least I can do is to read what they have to say. I wish I could respond to every one of them, and I wish I could take every phone call. I love our customers. normally visitors come to us with all kinds of questions, but when they "Request a Quote" their responses are pretty predictable. Typical requests we receive look like:

Need 6 piece Under Armour Package for 30 players

How much for reversible sublimated hockey jerseys?

Looking for Turfer Athletic Travel suit for our team

However over the weekend I received one comment that stood out from the others. A visitor from Texas wrote:

"We need team apparel to look organized and competitive."

Wow, it's stuff like that that makes my day. This is the holy grail of customer comments - it's the exact reason for our company's existence. To hear it written so simply and directly from a potential new customer is very satisfying.

Investing in a unified look with team uniforms, travel apparel and training gear translates to a unified mission for the team. If your players, coaches and staff look professionally dressed, ready to play, ready to work, they are ready to win. So it goes without saying that the best way to get your team aligned in their mission and to remove the sense that any one player is better or more deserving than another, is to create that team look with a comprehensive uniform package.

In addition to the player and staff alignment that you will achieve, having a comprehensive team uniform look can brand your team and bolster its image within your local, state or regional community. Uniforms and logos carry significant psychological significance. How your team looks when it steps off the bus or onto the playing field directly influences how they are perceived by other players and parents. Well designed team uniforms can provide add air of excellence when someone sees your team in action.

So the next time you and your team's Board of Directors discuss investing in new team uniforms or travel apparel, be sure to bring up the psychological and emotional benefits associated with this important investment.
