What does “Estimated Ship By” mean?
It’s when we expect to finish decorating your order and have it ready to ship. It is not your delivery date.
Why did my estimated ship date change?
Your order’s date reflects all items in your cart. Adding an item that needs more production time can move the date back.
Why do sizes and colors have different timelines?
Some are in our warehouse; others must arrive from a partner first. Check the production timeline for your selected size and color.
Will faster shipping get my order made sooner?
No. Faster shipping only shortens the trip after production is complete. Check your cart’s holiday delivery status before ordering.
