RETURN POLICY

SquadLocker stands behind the products we decorate and fulfill for teams. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decoration, you may return it in new condition for an exchange or full refund. Customized items have been made specifically for you. For this reason, customized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or decoration. Non-customized items in new condition can be returned for an exchange or refund. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER PURCHASED
ON A SquadLocker® Team Gear STORE?

 

To confirm if your item is eligible for a return, or to obtain your return authorization number, please contact SquadLocker’s Customer Experience Team at info@squadlocker.com or by calling 888-885-6253 Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm EST.

A FedEx prepaid return label has been provided with your order. If you choose to use the prepaid return label to return your product to us, $5.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you return an item that has been customized and is not eligible for return, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.  A refund will not be credited to your account.
